1. Introduction

   This Privacy Policy outlines how Ignis Mind Pty Ltd (ABN ‭30671333592‬) ("Company") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users of the Team Wallet application ("App") and website (teamwallet.app). By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.


2. Information Collection

   Personal Identification Information: We may collect personal identification information from Users in various ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our App, register on the App, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our App. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, and other relevant information.

   Non-personal Identification Information: We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our App. This information may include the browser name, type of device, and technical information about Users' means of connection to our App.


3. Use of Information

   The information we collect is used to enhance User experience, improve our App, process transactions, manage user accounts, respond to customer service requests, and send periodic emails regarding the App or other related information.


4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

   We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers.


5. Data Security

   We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our App.


6. User Rights and Access: Account & Data Deletion

   Users can review, update, or delete their personal information by accessing their account settings on the App. Users may also request the deletion of their account and their full or partial data, which will result in the permanent removal of their personal data from our systems. To do so, in the Team Wallet app navigate to the Menu > Delete My Team Wallet Account and accept the popup authorisation. 

Alternatively, contact our friendly support team at: support@teamwallet.app ask for the deletion of your account, or your full/partial associated data. 

Note that this process is irreversible.


7. Third-Party Services

   Our App may use third-party services like Stripe for payment processing. The payments could be through Apple Pay or G-Pay. These third parties have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information. Please refer to the Privacy Policy of Stripe here.


8. Cookies and Tracking

   Our App may use "cookies" to enhance User experience. Users can choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies or to alert them when cookies are being sent.

   The Company has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. Users are encouraged to frequently check this page for any changes.

Terms and Conditions of Use for Team Wallet


1. Introduction

   These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Team Wallet application ("App") and website (teamwallet.app), created and managed by Ignis Mind Pty Ltd (ABN ‭30671333592‬) ("Company"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. You agree that by clicking “Join Now”, “Join Team Wallet”, “Sign Up”, "Sign In" or similar, registering, accessing or using our services (described below), you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with Team Wallet. If you do not agree to this Terms (“Contract” or “User Agreement”), do not click “Sign In” (or similar) and do not access or otherwise use any of our Services. If you wish to terminate this contract, at any time you can do so by closing your account and no longer accessing or using our Services.


2. Account Registration and Use

   To use Team Wallet, users must register and create an account. A team leader can invite members through a Private Invitation Code or make the team public. Users must provide accurate and complete information and keep their account details up to date.


3. Team Creation and Management

   Team leaders are responsible for specifying the cancellation deadline and minimum number of players for a game. If the minimum is not met by the deadline, the session will be automatically cancelled, and fees will be refunded to the members' wallets.


4. Financial Transactions

   The App uses Stripe for handling payments and payouts. Each member must have sufficient credit in their wallet (Total Fee/Minimum Number of Players) to join a session. Fees are withheld until the event's completion and recalculated based on the final number of players.


5. Pricing

Team Wallet remains FREE forever for all non-paid events. A service fee of 9.99% will be charged for paid events.


6. User Obligations

   Users are responsible for their conduct on the App and must comply with all applicable laws. The Company is not responsible for the actions of users on the App.


7. Cancellation and Refunds

   In the event of a session cancellation, withheld credits will be released to the members' wallets. The Company is not liable for any losses incurred due to cancellations.


8. Venue Integration

   Venue owners can register and manage their venues through the web app. They are responsible for the accuracy of session information, including fees and availability.


9. Messaging and Interaction

   Each team has access to a messaging system for communication. Users must use this feature responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


10. Termination and Deletion of Account

   Users can delete their Team Wallet account via the App settings. This action is irreversible, and all data associated with the account will be permanently deleted.


11. Limitation of Liability

    The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.


12. Changes to Terms

    The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.


13. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered.


By using Team Wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
